Biography
Mr. Padmore was born in New Orleans, Louisiana and went on to attend MIT, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Undergraduate in 1992. He served as the Director of Information Technology at Millennium Productions. In 1994, he help to create Arts-Online.com with Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai, the first online community for artists. Developed the concepts of Tools of Community, the basic digital infrastructure needed to create functioning peer groups. Did pioneering work in what makes an online community function.
Chief Technology Officer at EchoMail.com. In 1998, created EchoMail with Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai based on the concept of being an Information Refinery. Processing raw unclassified emails into usable and actionable information. The technology was used by White House, both Houses of Congress, American Express, Nike, Disney, and other Fortune 50 companies.
Chief Technology Officer at Cowboy Lifestyle Network. Joined the team in 2011, to expand the concept Peer Communities. With focus on how technology is changing human interaction and perception.
